Shipping Policy

For custom orders, please refer to approximate turnaround time in item listing, before placing your order. For Ready-to-ship or stocking items, please allow for 2-3 business days for order processing.

U.S. residents: All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Items are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. First class items are not insured, however, you have the option to purchase additional package insurance. Priority shipping insures up to $50.

International residents: All items are shipped First Class with the United States Postal Service, and each order includes delivery confirmation.

Return Policy

Upon receiving your item, please inspect for order accuracy before removing tags and washing. We accept returns on all non-custom, unwashed/unworn items for up to 7 days after delivery confirmation. When returning, item must be shipped with tracking, (at your cost) and refunds will not be issued, until item is received.

Custom/preorder’s cannot be returned due to their nature. As always, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us, and we will work with you to remedy the issue.

Damaged Products

In the event your item is damaged, or a manufacture defect, please contact us immediately. We will do whatever we can to fix the issue. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacture defect. In the event that you notice a defect in snaps, or elastic, we offer repairs free of charge up to 90 days after purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours to cancel an order. We will NOT cancel and refund any orders after the 24 hour purchase window.

Environment

**Every item is handsewn from our home. We do have a wood burning fireplace in the winter months, and in-home pets. Please keep this in mind when ordering your products to avoid any potential allergens.**
